Microsoft Office 2016 Installation Guide

Step 1 

Before we can start the installation, make sure that any pre-installed Office packages or programmes are uninstalled from the computer. You can uninstall these manual or with the help of a Uninstall tool Remove completely.

 

Step 2

Now go to the next step with the help of the  Downloadlinks to our download page and download the correct Bit Version down.

 

 

Step 3

Right-click on the Start/Window icon and open the Explorer tab.

 

 

Step 4

Now open the Downloads folder.

 

 

Step 5

Run the download file.

 

 

Step 6

Click on Install in the following window.

 

 

Step 7

Now click Yes to allow changes to be made on your computer.

 

 

Step 8

Now tick the box to agree to the terms of the contract.

 

 

Step 9

Now click on Install now.

 

 

Step 10

Wait until the green bar is completely loaded. Have a little patience. This may take a few minutes.

 

 

Step 11

After the green bar has passed through, you can click Close to complete the installation.

 

 

Step 12

Now your package is installed and the programmes are on your computer. The package now only needs to be activated.

To do this, click on the Start/Window symbol, type in Word and then open the programme.

 

 

Step 13

Now create an empty document.

Now click on File in the top left-hand corner.

 

 

Step 15

Press the Account tab at the bottom left of the programme.

 

 

Step 16

Now click on Change Product Key under Product Information.

 

 

Step  17

Enter in the field the Product key in. To avoid typing errors, we recommend that you enter den Product key from the email and then paste it into the field.

 

 

Step 18

An icon will now flash on the task bar. Click on it and accept the conditions so that changes to the PC are permitted and the Office package can be activated.

 

 

Step 19

Then close the programme, open it again and navigate to the Account tab as in step 13.

Now you will receive a message that the product is activated.

 

The Office package is now successfully installed and activated.
